Katie
Hi, I am Katie Sevier, owner of Smooth Aesthetics. I am a nurse with a master’s degree in anesthesia (CRNA). “I have been getting aesthetic treatments since my late 20s and take pride in maintaining a natural, youthful look.
I loved the confidence aesthetics gave me so much that I decided to help give people that same level of satisfaction and self love! I trained with one of the best injectors in the country at Beautiphi Institute. With a strong focus on anatomy, physiology, and natural results, I have trained tirelessly so I can expertly inject every single one of my clients. My staff and I have trained with the best training institute in the country - Beautiphi Institute.
I am extremely passionate about my work and about the results of every single one of my clients. My focus is always on each individual client’s needs, extreme attention to detail, and to naturally enhance your beauty that is already there. I love what I do and I can’t wait to meet you!
Meredith
Meredith Clark is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who enjoys guiding clients on preventative care and wellness throughout their life span. She has spent over 20 years in the medical field, primarily in Community Medicine and Orthopedics. Throughout her career, she has completed additional training and certification for wellness and aesthetics prioritizing body, mind, and spirit.
Meredith believes that aesthetics should enhance your natural beauty. She is committed to fostering a warm environment where clients feel comfortable and informed of all available options. Meredith is passionate about collaborating with both male and female clients to understand their aesthetic goals and develop a treatment plan, optimize skin care and ultimately build confidence. She resides in the Columbus area with her husband, Aaron and son, Jonah. She enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors and connecting with church family and friends.
Donnay
Donnay has been a registered nurse since 2012. She graduated with her BSN from Mount Carmel College of Nursing. She has spent all of her nursing career as a surgical nurse, specializing in neurosurgery, ophthalmology, plastics and currently orthopedics.
She found her passion in aesthetics nursing after a handful of years battling hormonal acne and the destruction it was causing her skin. The ability to display healthy glowing skin with a natural look is excites her. She admires helping her clients achieve their desired aesthetic goals and celebrating their post treatment results, all while educating them along the way, collaborating with them to determine their next treatment of plan whether it be: Tox injections, Salt Facial, PRP Microneedling, Laser treatments, and Chemical Peels. Donnay is our Laser Specialist at Smooth Aesthetics treating a variety of skin concerns: including wrinkles, acne scarring, hair reduction, spiders, sun damage, brown spots, and rosacea.
Her husband Dave and her are diehard Buckeye Fans. They love live music and traveling to new states to see their favorite bands, (especially The Dave Matthews Band). When she’s not in scrubs or snuggling her Aussie Cattle Dog, Bodhi, you’ll find her in athletic wear taking or teaching a fitness class, playing tennis and golf. She boldly speaks of her faith and loves to worship and share about Jesus.
Jenna
Jenna Parente is an experienced Registered Nurse since 2010 with a diverse background in caring for others. She spent the early part of her nursing career in the ICU, followed by outpatient surgery, before finding her true passion in aesthetics.
Trained by some of the best in the industry, Jenna brings a unique and gentle touch to the aesthetics world. Her compassion for others, attention to detail and focus on a positive patient experience is one of a kind. She is passionate about educating her patients on aesthetics medicine, as well as her personal ongoing education in a field that is ever changing.
Outside of Smooth, Jenna lives for her family and friends. She believes strongly in her faith and living a life full of balance and purpose. She resides here in Lewis Center with her husband Michael, children Miles and Maisey James and mini goldendoodle Oscar. When not at Smooth, you can find her busy at a ball field or ice rink, reading a book, vacationing, socializing with friends or snuggling her family at home.
Jenna believes in simply enhancing your natural beauty, leaving you looking and feeling like a more refreshed version of yourself. She deeply values the importance of self confidence and is committed to helping you feel confident in your own skin!
Lauren
Lauren Speelman has been a nurse for over 22 years. Her career started in pediatric neurosurgery and oncology, and then migrated to the pediatrician office setting. There she found her love for helping new mommas and mommas of Littles while raising children of her own. She now has a baby/child consulting business that has been going strong for over a decade. She comes along side families to help in anything from sleep training, breast-feeding, potty training, and beyond.
As a women in her 40s, Lauren feels like aging is a gift that not everyone gets to experience. She is so excited to be in the aesthetic nurse world now and help women and men embrace this blessing as well, but also while loving the inside AND outside of themselves! Encouraging others has always been where it’s at for Lauren, and she is so thankful to be a part of Smooth and continue to make this happen.
You can find Lauren around town busy with her family she adores! She has a husband, 3 children in the Olentangy school district, and a dog Nash. Beyond loving being a nurse, Lauren is passionate about her faith, food, friends, and fitness.
Hayley
Hayley Miller s a board certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetics. She's been in the aesthetic industry since 2023, bringing over eight years of nursing experience in critical care and gastroenterology. As a wife and girl mom of two, she understands the importance of feeling confident and refreshed in your own skin.
She is certified in neurotoxin and filler and also offer a variety of laser treatments. Her favorite treatment? Lip filler! There’s nothing better than enhancing natural beauty with perfectly balanced, hydrated lips.
When she's not in the clinic, you’ll find her running, trying new recipes, traveling, reading, or spending time with her family.
Mara
Mara Mickelson went to the Ohio State University and spent 15 years in corporate retail, specializing in merchandising and sourcing, where she developed a keen eye for detail and a talent for streamlining operations. At Smooth, Mara handles front desk, office coordination, and marketing.
She works closely with Katie to make our "specials" extra special for clients, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience. She loves connecting with patients at the front desk and helping them achieve their goals.
Mara loves Smooth Aesthetics because they take the time to create personalized plans, ensuring every client enhances their natural beauty in the best way possible.
Outside of work, Mara is a mother to two small children and has two Boston Terriers. She enjoys spending time with her family, focusing on health and wellness, and embracing all things creative—whether it’s painting, drawing, photography, or even Play-Doh with her kids.
